Join herbalist Anna Kinross for a family-friendly introduction to plants and herbal medicine.
We will make some oaty bath bags, some bath fizzies, and a massage oil. Parents and children of all ages welcome, there will be plenty of space for play and exploring the garden through fun activities, as well as experiencing the sensory and tactile pleasures of working with the plants!
Anna has lots of experience of running workshops with families and the session will be relaxed and engaging, with opportunities for parents to ask questions and increase their skills and confidence in making and using plant medicines with their children too.
